It’s too hot to keep knitting my Ariann cardigan. Though I did make progress on it during the cold spell last month. I only realized that that weather was sweater knitting weather on the last two days of below 60 degree weather. So Ariann is currently sleeping until the weather cools down, along with two other sweater/cardigans I plan on making. In the meanwhile, I have been knitting up small accessories, like a Everlasting Bagstopper, wrist warmers, a handspun hat, drunken bees socks and countless scarves. Most people knit socks, but I am not a sock person, so I knit accessories. I finished one scarf so far, made with my handspun. I am knitting two more, one just casted on today using yarn that used to be in my Etsy store. I claimed them for myself since nobody wanted them. The other is a lace scarf made out of yummy Malabrigo lace. I have one more scarf planned, just waiting for the yarn to arrive. Eye candy below for you.
