In Brooklyn. West Virginia was kind of a blur, I did lots of knitting and lots of sleeping, two weeks went by quickly. I brought three projects with me and that was all that my knitting tote can handle. Managed to finish all three in a week and a half so I had nothing to knit for the last four days! Guess what I did immediately when I got home? I casted on some socks. It was a haste decision that the next day I frogged it completely cause I didn’t like how the pattern wasn’t showing through the yarn. Anyways, while I was knitting away, the dog was watching bunnies out the window and sleeping on grass. Baby got a bit depressed since we’ve arrived home. She loved being in the country with the fresh air and lots of bunnies and the neighborly dogs barking from their fenced yards.

My plan for the next month or so of undisturbed knitting time is to finish up some hibernating projects from last year, fix holes in my smooshy socks and try not to cast on everything I want to knit on my Ravelry queue, its darn impossible to finish them all by next month. Starting 8/11 my knitting time will be severely limited, seriously, I need to make sure that I am well supplied with warm knitterly things just in case I can’t turn out any more knitted items for a while.
